As Nicholas Hoult will play the latest live-action version of Lex Luthor in Superman: Legacy, Sara Sampaio will portray Eve Teschmacher. With the DC Universe audience excited about the latest casing news, stars who have played Lex and Eve before decided to share their congratulations to the new actors.

Jon Cryer, who played Lex in the Arrowverse on Supergirl and in Crisis on Infinite Earths, stated that he hopes Hoult’s deal will go through, as “he would absolutely CRUSH this.”

Valerie Perrine, who played Miss Teschmacher in Christopher Reeve’s Superman movies, said she “look forward to seeing this iconic character on the big screen again!”
